Sword Identification

Greetings!

In my last flintlock shipment, my friend included this leaf bladed sword, any ideas?? It is 29 inches or 78 centimeters over all. Thanks!!

From the silhouette it looks like a celtic leaf bladed sword...either that or it's Sting! Big Grin

It looks like the Kris Cutlery "Celtic" sword, mentioned in a discussion in the Greek section. Basically it's a bad steel copy of a BRONZE sword, more pre-Celtic than Celtic, really. Might be converted into a decent Greek hoplite sword, or an Italian sword of that general era.

I always wanted a flintlock! Seen a few over the years in antique shops but were a wee bit expensive! Confusedhock:
