For those who followed this series, the author has taken it up again. At the moment the Vesuvius is going through his final stages of eradicating the characrters of this very fine (but ultimately doomed) comic.

It took almost 10 years and several hundred stripes, but now we are seeing which character is what skeleton :dizzy:
I even digged in my library searhing that National Geographic special issue... :grin:

Wow! I remember reading this comic way back when, but lost track of it after I got a new computer and the site stopped being updated as often as usual. I can't believe its been 10 years though. Time flies.
