Yes, variations of Paul/Paulus seems to be a name describing retarded persons throughout history. I have to admit it works  !

No wait, I've got it! We'll weave the Matts together and make a Matt mat as a welcoming committee!

Obviously we should all change our names to Bruce!

Quote:It's actually quite amusing to pump Matt A full of Mountain Dew and powdered donuts and then say something like "Gladiator was the best movie EVAR!!" We should do that at the next Roman Day and post a movie of it on You Tube. Wink

I'll bring guns. And LOTS of ammo...

Just to add to this story, although my birth certificate name is Juan, most people call me John. My father is John , my first son is named John and my sister married a John and had a son they named John although we just call him JJ to help keep the confusion down. Imagine Thanksgiving with that situation.
Juan Santell, no Roman name yet. Picking a name is very important and something that should not be done hastily or without much thought.

Sounds extremely easy, really. It'll be "John, dinner!" Big Grin

Matt on RAT has become the new "Gaius/Caius"! Big Grin

We can add other "Matts" as well -

Matt Board
Splat Matt
Door Matt
Gymnastics Matt
Matt Black
Matt Finish

Deb - I'm game for getting Matt Amt all hot and bothered over Gladiator after pumping him full of Dew and Donuts at this Roman Days...We just have to tie him down first and keep anything sharp'n'pointy away for at least 5 hours, or better until the next morning....Hopefully the Dew will have worn off and he'll be ok for Roman-ing by then.

...Maybe we'll have to post a guard at George's Ballista just in case...

Magnus - this means you're coming down this time, right? Right??

Ave omnes,

the ancients already knew the problem of counting and understanding MATTs.
So they created a new science: MATTemathics
