Chariot warfare reenactment
#16
Bronze Age War Chariots by Nic Fields....one of the Osprey/Vanguard series...and there is a book about chariots I saw in the bookshop...has the Ben Hur one on the front...just looking for the actual title...
Chariot by Arthur Cotterell, I think it is just a different printing of the one Chariovalda mentioned...

The enemy is less likely to get wind of an advance of cavalry, if the orders for march were passed from mouth to mouth rather than announced by voice of herald, or public notice. Xenophon

Stay away from Nic Fields' Osprey books. The ones I have seen use outdated scholarship and his conclusions are based on wild speculation. Mycenaean Citadels is particularly terrible.
