Barracuda Spam Firewall

Four of my friends are employed by the Amsterdam Free University. For some time, this university uses a Barracuda Spam Firewall, and for one reason or another, I am blacklisted. My friends have asked the man who is in charge of their computers to get me off the blacklist, but he says this is impossible. Which I think is nonsense.

Two other people have the same experience. I only encounter this problem with the Free University.

I have no experience with Barracuda. Does it offer a white list of people who have to be trusted?

Hi Jona,

in a former project, i experienced a barracuda (user side) and these things are very though. I can't recall a user list. A Barracuda protects through a 10-way system and twinking it is very complicated. We had probems for almost a year with it.
