Saw a picture of this great greave on Fabrica Augustana's site in the Market place section.
I noticed a real design similarity between this greave

And the Guttmann shield boss
Are they linked? Found in the same place?

The images are quite common during the late 2nd and 3rd century, so they just fit very well into the canon.
