This is a film I hope to see... 
Set at the time of the Tang Dynasty c 618-906 CE a rather lavish historical drama crossed with LOTR and those Ninja types from The Last Samurai.......

Love the gold lamellar armour.... and those helms reminiscant of Illyrian ones...
The leading lady starred in Memoirs of a Geisha, a film I adore....
