Alert - Skythian ice mummy in German T.V. today

Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF = second German Television) will show this evening on 20.15 German time a special of their series 'Schliemann's Erben - Das Geheimnis der Eismumie (Schliemann's heirs - Mystery of the ice mummy). The film shows nothing less than the digging for and finding of the famous Skythian ice mummy in July 2006, when the German film team was present - infos (in German) here:

I just watched it and was rather disappointed, except that I saw some nice horses which they are riding in that part of the world :lol:

It was more stories about the excavations then about the culture of the Skythians. It was too much of nonsense when they had a feature about the members of the camp watching a soccer match of the World Cup and that for at least two minutes.

It was said by the ZDF that it was a documentary about the archaeological camp and the excavation. Nothing else.

Because the found is not studied and documented completely it would be not good to go deeper into any Skythian theme.
