RAT v.3 Design
#16
Well, they are not in the DB anyway, simply uploaded onto the RA.com server, which has plenty of space.
The advantage is of course that if they're on here, there's a better chance they'll stay available in due course.
Greets!

Jasper -- thanks for the correction.

Martin -- quite right, point taken.

Say...it does work!

Thank you gentlemen. Smile

Hi,
well I'm a little bit disappointed with current functioning of RSS feed. Quite often my RSS reader (Sage) just writes that there's an error in the xml code (or something like this). May be, it's my RSS reader's fault, but I haven't similar problems with other feeds (What are other's experiences?).
Is it possible to improve this?
Thanks.

Hi Alexandr
Ok, so it needs a better RSS feeder? I'm sure that can be done.

Quote:Hi Ivan,
You know Christy rules over the design of RAT. That's quite something different from functions. I have to say though that darker backgrounds usually are not stimulating to reading.

I don't cry for Christy being the designer, but for the sentence that says that darker colors background are not recomended...

Another feature which RAT 3.0 might profit from is a dictionary section, with links to reliable Latin-whatever dictionaries.

Ave Jasper,

but there is still the 1MB total upload limit.
What have I to do when I've reached it? Just find and delete old pictures in my posts?

Is there a way to turn off getting e-mails when someone replies to thread you've posted in withouth clicking unsubscribe everytime you post? If there isn't I would like to see that feature.

Eric -- you just need to change a setting in your profile...

it's not easy to find, bear with me:

'Profile' link at top of page
> 'Profile' tab
> 'Profile Settings' link on left
> 'Notification' link on left

change "Always notify me of replies" from 'yes' to 'no'.
