The Iberian peninsula Is worth taking once you have all of north Africa aswell. If the marian reforms have happened when/if you decide to invade Egypt take some Auxilia they have good stamina and are pretty decent troops, some legionary cohorts would be useful aswell to be a target for their archers (while in testudo.).
