Early imperial: I believe they're building a liburna in Italy, but I'm not sure how that's progressing. There's also a very faint rumor in NW Europe...
Late empire, there's a Navis Lusoria in Regensburg that is actively rowed across the Danube. Ask our member Flavius Promotus!
