Grainger\'s new Apicius cook book

I guess this would be here or in Civ talk, but I have just got Sally Grainger's new book, a collection of how to's and recipes, derived from the research into her scholarly book on Apicius as well as her many food demonstrations at reenactments in the UK. The recipes are really well layed out, but most importantly is her description of the ingredients of Roman food, like mulsum and garum, and how they're used.
