Here is a reconstruction of the Coolus B, a helmet not much attempted. The bowl is by Kuentslerwerk and the punchwork and cheekpieces are by the venerable Brian Stobbs.

That's very nice! Big Grin

It looks more like a Type A to me though, given the larger neck guard peak and punched decoration. The type B from Dusseldorf is much more bulbous and has hardly any peak at all.

It is nice to see the more unusual helmets being made John. Laudes for getting it commissioned!
