The Regii or Reges Legion: a question

Do you remember the "Reges" Iulianus' comitatensis legion (the "fortissimi") that at the Battle of Argentoratus (357 v.e.) saved, with the Bataui, the Cornuti and the Brachiati encircled by the Alamanni of Cnodomarius (from Ammianus Marcellinus)?

Well, can anyone say to me more about them? And if they are the same Regii on the Notitia Dignitatum or if they have something to do with the "Regii Emeseni Iudaei" legion composed by jewish (?) soldiers?
