Request: Can someone send me a pdf of:
#1
Driel-Murray, C. van 1990a: 'New light on old tents', JRMES 1, 109-37
Driel-Murray, C. van 1990b: 'The Roman army tent', Exercitus 2:8, 137-44

I've pursued the on-line listings of out of print books, but I have not located either of these publications.

I might be able to scan it, if we can get the original author's permission, but I can't do Pdf Files.

send it to anyone who has the full acorbat. 5.0 or older, they can print it to distiller. distiller will save it as a .pdf. 6.0 had the ability to save it as a .pdf from within.

If you'd like, you can send it to me and I'll convert it to pdf, if it's legal.

You could try a PM to Mike Bishop about the JRMES article since that's his journal and he'll therefore be able to inform you about copyright.

My journal perhaps, but copyright of JRMES articles always rests with the author(s) (unlike some publications, we have never sought to hijack it) and subject to the usual fairplay considerations of harmonized copyright legislation. I am in the process of preparing all the out-of-print JRMES volume articles in PDF format for placing on the web. These are proper searchable text-based PDFs, not just ripped scans (which you can't search) and are part of new developments that are in the pipeline and will be announced in September.

You had some pdfs of JRMES articles on the web in the past, but as of late I have not been able to locate them. As I said, I would buy copies of the relevent journals if I could find them.

Well the apron article was still there last time I looked (3 minutes ago).

If you are desperate for a copy of the tents piece, send me a pm with your email address.
