map of ancient rome
#1
does antbody have a good internet link of a map of the entire city of ancient rome?

i saw one and was disaponited because it was very small, and basically that the city was only along the tiber, and the coloseum was as far north the city went

is this true?
i wasin rome and saw ancient sites more north such as the ara pacis

this maybe a very silly question, because some of you know alot on this subject, and i just got interested.

so how big is the city in area??

Hey, cool links Tarbi. I may print one of those out and put it on my wall.

Woad, i'd think there was urbanization all around the city...I believe at one point it boasted a population of 1 million people didn't it?
