Need help with a pugio!

I have stripped all the incorrect parts from my Deepeeka pugio handle and re-shaped the blade. It looks very much like this (I don`t have my camera right now, I can send the pictures later):

To rebuild the handle is currently beyond my abilities/tools. So here is my question: "Does anyone know a person who could build me a handle for my pugio within a reasonable price and preferably in europe?"
