Hello
Great initiative.
For an illustrator as myself this is a treasure.
I am interest also in this era.
If I come across with any material useful to you I will contact you.
Just for looking at the site I am allready imagining some possible illustraions.
Keep the good work.

Yes, very nice madoc! I was impressed with the whole site not just the celtic side. It was nice to see pictures of modern made weapons with the historical counterpart. You went into great detail!

VERY GOOD!!!

A fine resource, madoc! I have read the link on making a shield before, and found it most helpful.

I do have one small addition which might be thought worthwhile (for the severely mathematically impaired): drawing an ellipse with a trammel. http://www.du.edu/~jcalvert/math/ellipse.htm This ridiculously easy device will generate an ellipse of any given length and width, with nothing but a straight edge; it just requires a bit of patience and care. No strings, no square roots, just connecting the dots which it generates.

we're adding to the jewellery section.
Ash is illustrating her own work as she goes.

This section is a mixture of british and roman as befits a first century AD group.
