Map for all romans
#46
I'll say it again and again: groups need to submit themselves, so new members can easily SEE where there are units close to them. We get plenty of such questions here, after all, so it would be a useful resource.

There's also another added benefit if another party has Google Earth, and that is the reference file can be supplied which can then simply opened in the app.

For battlefields and camps in particular, the viewer can then see what the terrain was like from various positions.

Can we please delete and replace Carleon in France with Caerleon in Wales.

Please check the placemark when you submit it once it's approved. It's too much for the guys to constantly check.

Download and install Google Earth. You can spit out proper coordinates, but it can take time.

It took me a good hour to pinpoint this place, even though it seems obvious:

Jim,
Errors and corrections to the map should be posted only on this thread:

It\'s all an accident, an accident of hands. Mine, others, all without mind, from one extreme to another, but neither works nor will ever.
