Hi all,

Have any of our Polish (or German) Rat members read this?

PODROZE Z HERODOTEM ["Travels with Herodotus"] by Ryszard Kapuscinski, publisher: SIW Znak. 2004

I know it has been translated into German but it is scheduled to be translated into 15 languages (another Quo Vadis? ? ) and it came highly recommended.

I read it; it has been translated into Dutch. It is a not a bad book, but it is about modern travel; Herodotus is only a book in the luggage of the author.
