Primipilares, Praefecti Castrorum & Legati Legionis!
#1
The statistics of RAT show that we currently have 43 members ranked at Primus Pilus or above. Perhaps it is good to mention that those members are eligible for a special rank, that will freeze their rank progression, but may be used to display their interest in a special unit. Members could, for instance, choose to become Primus Pilus Legionis XX. Choosing a special rank has no other benefits.
However, be warned, there can only be one of each rank for each unit, so it's first come, first serve.

This was your public announcement for today. Thank you for reading.

Interesting, can I get a 4th century rank? My unit would be the Vesontes, Legio Comitatensis.

Is X Fretensis still available? If not, how about III Gallica? I'm a Vespasian fan.

Ok, here's where I show my total ignorance of military matters

( a requirement of all art historians )

But I don't think the scholae had a P.C. in the Justinianic period.

Am I wrong?

Enlighten me.

Ave Jasper,

May I possibly put a bid in for, or reserve, Legio XX Valeria , Agricola's old Legion.

To come into effect when I reach the exalted heights of Legatus Legionis.

Thanking you in advance.

Vale
