Neat !

I'm not sure the scorpion was displayed on so much of their equipment. The one on the cheek piece does seem to be based on the Louvre relief though.

The Praetorians seem to have used other symbols, like stars and crescent moons. Other reliefs show an eagle symbol on their weighted pila.

The second painting looks even more authentic, IMO - Late Roman Praetorian Tribune. Of course, that's how they would have appeared on the eve of the Battle of the Milvian Bridge. Big Grin
