NEW RECRUITS
#46
Salvete,

I always follow my signifer and so I am the second member of the LEG VI VIC here in the board.

My real name is Michael Striewe and I'm 20 years old. I study computer science and archaeology (yes, it's a very strange combination) and do re-enactment since summer 2000.

I already found some very interesting topics here on this board and I think I will surely spend some hours here...
To all at RAT-
(Specifacilly, JRSCline)
I'm a newbie here and I'm from Texas. I'm a HUGE history buff and Roman Army/Military Sruff is my favorite thing to talk about. I got into it after stumbling on a site full of pictures of Legions and gladiators and Emperors. I'm a 9th grade student in Texas. Anyone have any SPECIFIC INFO on Roman CATAPULTS? See ya.
Thank you all for your kind comments. If you are wondering about the handle / name it is based on 2 things, KHM was the fleet initials of the Klingon Fleet "House of Mogh" of which I was a Wing Commander for the UK and European players, of a popular PC game SFC = Star Fleet Command.

The Ptolemaic represents the House of Ptolemy, name of a Macedonian/Egyptian Dynasty from around 332 BCE to about 100 CE. One of my favourite "wargame" armies that I am currently building including my other passionate subject the Imperial Roman army from about 100 CE to 230 CE.I am currently building a 25mm 60:1 scale Imperial Roman army using the latest figures from Gripping Beast ( www.grippingbeast.com )

I look forward to many a chat on this forum.

Kind Regards
