Thanks for that. Maybe I should send for it as I never got a paperback edition!

A lot cheaper than the version I saw last week which was on sale for £380!

Now we need a real british gentleman / -woman who will order it and send it to Jef :wink: ! I bought this book for 80 euro`s years ago and it`s worth every penny / cent....
