Like the fight against the Treverer and Bataver in 69 a.d. under Civilis. Vespasian and Cerealis brought a mass of troops to germania, and the most groups in the world are equiped for that.
And in 2009 it would be the 1400th anniversary of that, the end of the civil war and the date of vespasian becoming emperor.

My maths work it out as the 1940th anniversary!

As I am a member of the only (that I am aware of) Batavian auxiliary reenactors of the period, it looks likely that we would be on the receiving end of a severe shoeing!!! Just like it was in 69AD!!

We currently field on average 10 Batavian auxiliaries, so we would have to go on a huge recruitment drive with the other auxiliary groups to poach sufficient numbers for good fight!
