Carlisle Exhibition

Hi folks,
just a quick note to say that by the end of this week the exhibition of the Carlisle Millennium Dig inside Carlisle Castle sponsored by English Heritage will have been revamped by myself and a colleague. There will be some new finds put into it, including part of one of the manica and the now conserved iron and cu-alloy neck guard. We are also putting in new captions- in total about 1/3 new items should be going in to replace those removed for study.

Any one in the area should go check them out!

I sadly can't give out information on the site as we are still compiling the final report and obviously I have access to all the reports contents and it would be against my contract of confidentiality to release them unauthorised.

There would be nothing to stop another member of this forum taking pictures in the exhibition and copying the captions and posting them though? Sorry I can't be more help
