Does anyone happen to know why I can't see the entire page on-screen? (I'm using IE7, for my sins.) Some mischievous coding, Mike?
(Actually, I've solved the problem by viewing in PDF. But I'd still like to know why I can't see the whole page, if anyone happens to know the answer.)

Same here, in firefox. Has to do with the coding of the layout settings.
I apparently got the whole thing this morning. (Using Firefox 3.6.9)

It's a glitch with the way browsers handle the CSS. You'll find you can usually scroll up and down within the text using the up and down arrow keys. I am going to rewrite it one day when I get time but I have a long list of greater priorities.
