The simplest thing for anyone that is having problems to do is make sure that you have the latest version of your browser installed. Not only does it fix bugs which may have something to do with your problems, but will also make your internet browsing more secure and safer.

As to RA.com, the only thing I can say is that we'll be upgrading the whole technical backend of the site (now Mambo) to a new version (Joomla), which is all-around better. Hope to do that over the Christmas holidays at the latest.

The new component is now available. This means that with some testing (and the required time to do it in), the new version of the site can come online during the holiday period. Will you see much difference? Prolly not, it should all just work better.
