Roman Wedding Blessing

A couple of dear friends of mine are getting married in a few weeks and I'd like to write something unique in their guestbook- I thought that if I could find a blessing that might have been spoken at a Roman wedding, that would be wonderful... unfortunately, I have thus far been unsuccessful in finding one. If anyone knows one or can direct me to where I could look, I'd much appreciate it. Original Latin and English translation would be ideal, although I'd settle for just the English Thanks in advance.<br>

it's unfortunate that they probably are not German-speaking. In German 'marriage' is translated 'EHE'.<br>

I'm not sure what a wedding guest would use besides "macte" or "Multa Fortuna" but the wedding formula when the groom asks the bride to come into his hand, she says "Ubi tu Gaius; ego Gaia." Whither thou art Gaius, I am Gaia. That's the vow.<br>
