Roman book
#1
Avete Omnes,
I want to bring a book to your attention, though I am sure some already have it or have read it. I myself have not read it, because it's in French, one of the many languages I can't read, but it has a lot of great pictures of reenactors from some of my favorite European Legions. I feel confident from the bits I can glean the meaning of that it is very informative. It can be had off the French Amazon dot com at:
http://www.amazon.fr/exec/obidos/ASIN/2 ... 21-5684906
I warn that it's more than a little :? confusing to navigate if you can't read French, so much of the Amazon page is bitmap rather than text, it doesn't all translate that easily. But the book is cool and worth the trouble.

I have read that book and it's VERY GOOD

Text is clear and well researched. It have a lot of photographs, depicting not only soldiers, scenes too.

It's the better reenactors photo book i have seen.
