Was it ever determined if Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce could be an acceptable substitute for Garum, for those of us who are not inclined to try making it on our own? :wink:
I've used Worcestershire sauce (we call it "Wooster" sauce down here in the South... :mrgreen: ) for many years, especially on grilled steak and hamburgers, and it can't be beaten as a marinade for them, in my opinion!
