Translated Miks typology
#1
Question
Hello ! I'd like to preface this by saying that this is my very first post here and i apologize if i break any rules or customs with this post, i'm not really sure of how this forum works.

So i've been getting into Roman Imperial/early Medieval swords recently, and though there seems to be many typologies, the most reoccuring one is Miks', and so naturally i went looking around for it to try and understand how it works.
Though i can find small bits of informations here and there in other papers, most of the typology and its finer details seems to only be discussed in his original 2007 paper, "Studien zur römischen Schwertbewaffnung in der Kaiserzeit", which seems to be publicly available.
The one issue is that, well... it's entirely in German, which is a language that i honestly cannot even begin to understand. So i was wondering, is there any translated version of the paper around there, or at least an English resume of it ?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for the troubles
