Hi all I run Modiphius the tabletop games company and have spent the last couple of years working on a Cthulhu style storyline set around 160AD called COHORS CTHULHU - I'll simply post a link for now for people to check out the fiction, videos and summary. It will be an RPG, solo/co-op miniatures wargame and line of miniatures. We're going to be releasing more unusual style Roman heroes at 28mm scale to go with other major lines, and the creatures and other characters that don't fit the typical historical releases.
I've recruited several writers and historians to help with historical accuracy (as much as can be done with a fantastic twist) and Nick Brown (the novelist behind the Agents of Rome series) has been helping with some of the fiction. We're releasing a short animated video and a short story each month to bring the world to life. I'll be looking for playtesters for the wargame side of things in the coming months so if you're interested sign up here.
