Researching Hispaniensis Swords
#1
As I am doing research to include more Roman Era Swords to make available, I am currently researching the Hispaniensis Swords from 200bc to 30bc.  I have Christian Miks book/catalogue on Roman Swords but do not read nor speak German.  So any of you kind souls out there that have the books, if you can help me with the Tafel numbers it would be greatly appreciated.  Then I can go back and translate using the first book.  A few things that I am looking for specifically are. 1. Did all Hispaniensis Swords have a "Waist" or were some parallel?  2. Did they have a Ricasso "V" shape or a straight midrib/spine that went straight into meeting the guard?  If there are other examples other than Christian Miks Books please point me into that direction.  Museums that house Hispaniensis blades, Pictures, drawings, or roman art I would also appreciate.  I am bent on being as historically accurate as possible.  You can send me a private message if you'd like.

Thank you.
