                    Did ever use Roman  feather type helmet or not ?

                    if yes, so please show picture for evidence if possible.

How do you define "feather-type helmet"? Post a pic to give us a clearer idea.

This helmet gave me a friend when i asked about this helmet
 he told me its Roman while this type of helmet i did not see 
 before so i want to confirm may be possible or not ?

You mean a 'winged' helmet?
Maybe way back in the Bronze Age, but not in any way during the Republic/Empire.

This is a model of a Polish 'winged' hussar's helmet from the 17th century. Nothing Roman about it!
