Can anyone recommend a good book on the edict that includes the full Latin text with English translation for something like a reasonable price?

Not a dwelling within sight, and the farm labourer, and curious traveller, are the only persons that ever visit the scene where once so many thousands were congregated." T.Lewin 1867

Thanks Gelu, I thought there was something recent but no luck with the search...
"The Empire of the Tetrarchs" looks interesting, think I will try and get it from the library first though;-)

Found these two for anyone who's interested, maybe a bit out of date:
Mommsen(German/Latin) Das Edict Diocletians de pretiis rerum venalium vom J. 301 (1851)
https://archive.org/details/dasedictdiocleti00mommuoft
and
"An edict of Diocletian fixing a maximum of prices throughout the Roman empire" ed. by W.M. Leake. (1826) (English/Latin) page 42 though is missing, have included this as an image...
