That is a pretty big topic. If you are just looking for a list of occupations, perhaps you should check out craft guilds. Here is a supposed list of guilds. I don't know about their accuracy, though. Also, this list isn't comprehensive because we know of other guilds from other sources.

And, of course, these are just guilds. There were probably many occupations which either didn't or couldn't formally organise themselves. Just as an example, Trajan wouldn't allow one guild (firemen?) to be formed because he thought they could be used to organise unrest.

Ave,

You might want to look at Vicki Leon's "Working IX to V" The jobs are explained a bit there.
AKA Tom Chelmowski

Historiae Eruditere (if that is proper Latin)

Thank you. I really want the answer to one question; What did they call aqueduct workers for a city? The latin job title.

Hi,

They were collectively known as 'aquarii' there doesn't seem to be specific names for different job titles for aquaduct workers- they were collectively known as 'water men'
Singular, masc- 'aquarius'

Here's a reference to them here from Frontinus

Book 1; Paragraph 9; line 9 (Latin)
Sextus Julius Frontinus: De Aquis

Book 1; Paragraph 9; Line 10 (English translation)
Sextus Julius Frontinus: The Aqueducts of Rome

thanks
