i want to know about this flat instruments which i am developing
have nice sound and small , what is its name ?
it may be possible that we can develop in animal horns as well as?
please tell me about this in detail because i am very interesting to develop it.

Doesn't look that Roman to me.
Romans had the Curnu, Tuba and Lituus for audio-signalling on the battlefield, but all are sligthly different from the horn you show.
