A friend and I were driving through the
Picardy Region in Northern France
on our way to visit Aisne-Marne
Cemetary located in Belleau. We got
lost and accidently found this Roman
Gaul site.

"Gladiator" has an awful lot to answer for!

Great Video, btw. I wonder how I missed tis site as I've driven through, around and practically over it many times. Probably the French (in typical fashion) haven't got it signposted very well.

Four years ago, I was driving around in Burgundy, searching for the village where they made this chocolate film, and before I was aware of it, we ended up on the Alesia ridge. That was a mighty surprise and a pleasant one. I had no idea we were close to Alesia! Big Grin
