A few of you may be aware, but I have recently set up a Facebook page for my re-enactment group "Eran ud Turan" - we are currently working on recreating Iran and the Silk Road in late antiquity. A website will be up in a few months as well, hopefully.

I'll update when the website is up and running too.

We are currently based in the East Midlands, UK, but do shows all around the country and are looking for any members who wish to take part. Here are a few images from our gallery.

Hey, Nadeem

Great colorful impression. Are all those jewels heavy, or can you still mount a horse wearing them? :woot:

Can't you see Alanus, Nadeem has slaves to step up on their backs so of course he would not have any trouble while mounting...

Seriously, I am already following facebook page, I wish you luck for this great project. Smile

Oh! I forgot about that method. Nadeem can use another reenactor to be Emperor Gordian, have him kneel to all fours, step on his back, and ride off into Facebook. :woot:
Actually, I wish him my best.

Yup, having Roman POWs with you comes in handy ;-)
