Roman Engineers Tools
#1
I'm interested in finding some good information on a Roman engineers tools. In really interested in making a groma to start with. Also any supporting tools. I've found bunches of pictures but none with measurements. Professionally I work for an engineering compost and Roman tools have taken an interest to me.

There are two really good reenactors that do engineering. There is a Spanish fellow, Lucius Papirius Cursor (can't recall his real name) on Facebook who has some amazing reproductions. Does not speak English however.

There is a another guy, Netherlander? whose name also escapes me but has wonderful reproductions as well. I think he's on RAT.

Hi name is Jos Cremers and he's on RAT. He's a proffesional surveyor for the city of Maastricht in the southern Netherlands and has a full set of Agrimensores equipment.
