It seems that volume 2 or 3 of D´Amato´s Arms and Armour trilogy hasn´t been published because Frontline/Pen & Sword has't got the rights yet

That is news to me. I rather thought they were not published because the author had not submitted the text for either volume 2 or volume 3! 'By the Emperor’s Hand' scheduled for 2015[/b] Good news on the other book though will look forward to seeing that myself. Graham
