The 2014 Roman Army School will be held at St Chad's College, Durham from Saturday 5th to Wednesday 9th April. A list of speakers and a provisional programme can be found on the Hadrianic Society website (
www.hadrianicsociety.com). The format of the 2013 School differed from the norm in that it was designed as a tribute to the late Dr Brian Dobson and consisted of both long and short lectures. The 2014 School reverts to the normal format of longer lectures. Those who are unfamiliar with the School may refer to the description that I posted in the thread relating to the 2013 School. The so-called 'Wild Party' seems to have been dropped. Anyone interested in attending may download an application form from the website. I hope to meet some of you at Durham next year.

Definitely an event for the late Roman enthusiasts!

I will be going this year. I know I have said that in the past but this time I will confirm. I will be sending off the deposit slip over the weekend.
I have to say that the provisional programme is too tempting not to go!
