I had trouble with the flash version but the non-flash version is pretty good. Lots of useful information and well layed out. I only found one partial floorplan and only illustrations of one reconstructed villa (Loupian). I like how it is shown in various stages of its development. Did I miss other villas? I'd love to see reconstructed illustrations of the villas as they were when intact, not photos of the landscape as it is today. It would be nice to be able to compare plans of villas from multiple regions and time periods.

On the 'non flash version' page, go to Les villas dans les provinces gauloises on the left-hand sidebar. There are plenty of other villas listed there, most with plans, reconstruction drawings and aerial views.

Hi,
..thanks Nathan for helping me out there.
Sometimes I'm too impressed or simply too tired to tick the "notification"-box.
(Which is corrected herewith  )
I think that Websites like this one should get an award.
No only for the "contents" but also for their exquisite style in which they are conveying that content. :!:
