Any good _small_ production spearheads?

Hah, I forgot all about this thread and just stumbled across it while looking for other things.

Dealing with local blacksmiths led nowhere.  Nothing's perfect off-the-shelf, but I did find something acceptable from an Indian manufacturer on Etsy.  Here's my review and here's the direct link.  (They are actually always listed as "only 1 left," I guess it motivates buyers.)  The shape and size is very similar to the one shown in OIP 69 and I've seen enough evidence indicating that a diamond cross section was not unheard-of.  The same seller has longer, proportionally narrower ones that are a better match for most of the Deve Huyuk finds, but they're also heavier and require thicker shafts -- I would leave those to someone with stronger arms than my own.
