Gratias tibi! There seem to be some exciting finds in these Macedonian cemeteries, but it seems like details mostly creep out at conferences and news articles. One day there will probably be a very exciting book.

There must have been a lot of people in the ancient world with old wounds, bad teeth, chronic infections, and so on who just had to live with the pain.

I have not checked this forum frequently since 2013, but I hope that these old posts have some value. I now have a blog on books, swords, and the curious things humans do with them.
