Livy and Foreign Engagements
#1
I know of three occasions where Livy describes an engagement not involving the Romans: Saguntum (21.6-15), Achaians against Macedonians outside Corinth (33.14), and then immediately afterwards Rhodians against Macedonians at Alabanda (Livy 33.18). Am I missing any other battles?

Secondly, is Livy's Latin technical in any of these passages?

Do sieges count?

Philip V's attempted siege of Apollonia (Livy 24.40.7-15); his successful siege of Abydus (Livy 31.16.6-18.8 ); his opportunistic attempt on Athens (Livy 31.24.2-25.1, 26.6-13); his abortive siege of Thaumaci (Livy 32.4.1-7); his failed siege of Lamia (Livy 36.25.1-8 ).

Why not. Do you have anything for the second question?
