Anyone else have trouble posting to Amphictyonia?

I've tried to post at amphictyonia.org/forum a couple times in recent weeks, and I keep getting a message saying my IP is blocked, and each time this happens, I can't access the site even to read it for a couple days thereafter. Also unless something's escaping my notice, it looks like no one's posted anything new in about a month and a half. Does anyone know if they're having some kind of server trouble?

Nope. I couldn't get the registration to work. Something is up with the site, I reckon. :|

I remember something like this happening when the site started, but that was like a year and a half ago.
