A Hunnic warrior but equipped with a roman buckle
Evan: no exact buckle of that kind was found in Brittany and the one in Traprain is an outlier. But the shape of several buckle frames found in Brittany and adorned with 'Quoit Brooch style' decoration is somewhat similar. Not the same type but it may have a common origin, yet it is roman and possibly germanic, not steppic mile:
