Here is the making of the rings that go on the cross hangers. Made from 3/4" diameter brass rod, turned actually on my wood lathe ( is ok for small metal tasks ) in the pictures you will see the tools I have used throughout, though not all such as my dremel attachments. I need to finish the other three rings. Quite time consuming as I haven't a drill bit large enough to drill out the perfect hole. Any questions I'm happy to answer.

The gentleman I am making this gladius for may just be receiving it very soon!
